DESCRIPTION – This is an online auction to celebrate our 100th year anniversary and provide a way to display your works during this difficult time.  The SAA will handle all sales  with a  60/40%  split with the artist receiving 60% plus shipping & handling costs. The Auction will start September 15, 2020  and end December 15, 2020 with a Buy Now option at the artist's discretion. 

 

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION


 

 

 

  • THE ENTRY FEE IS $35.
     
  •  ENTRIES ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED!
     
  • ARTISTS CAN SUBMIT AND MAINTAIN UP TO 3 PIECES OF ART FOR THE DURATION OF THE AUCTION 
     
  • SUBMIT ENTRIES AS JPEG IMAGES, LABELED WITH ARTIST’S NAME and TITLE.
    Include with your images the 
    Artist's Name
    Title
    Dimensions (including frame when applicable),
    Medium
    Minimum Price
    Cost of Shipping and Handling
    (if you are willing to ship, otherwise it will only be available for pick-up at the Gallery on Chippewa or through your own arrangements)
    Buy Now price (if you want one)

     
  • Send your images, information and any questions about submissions to christinataylorSAA@gmail.com  
     
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF THE PIECE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ARTIST.
     
  • ALL 2-D WORK SHOULD BE EITHER MATTED OR FRAMED WITH NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS OR EYE SCREWS. 
 
  • EACH ARTIST WILL RECEIVE 25 POSTCARDS FOR MAILING TO BE PICKED UP AT THE GALLERY.  
The SAA reserves the right to decline entries based on appropriateness of content in relationship to the intended audience. Any disputes regarding content will be negotiated with the President, artist and coordinator of auction.
